If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Do not use the Website, our contact form, or email to seek emergency care. Messages sent through the Website are reviewed only during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm ET) and may not be answered right away.

Our free online gastroparesis seminar is educational. Questions answered during the seminar are general in nature and are not individualized medical advice. Please do not share personal health details you would not want other attendees to see. We may change the seminar schedule, format, or content, or discontinue it, at any time.
5. Forms and Submissions
When you submit information through the Website, you agree that it is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Healthcare providers who submit a patient referral confirm that they are authorized to share the patient's information with us for purposes of treatment, as permitted by HIPAA and applicable law.
